I’m a CPA looking to find a home for a small, clean book of about $45K recurring revenue. The clients are long tenured, low touch, and located across multiple states, with a CO base. I’ve worked full time as a controller while maintaining this practice remotely, and I chose not to expand services or take on additional clients. I kept the book small on purpose so I could personally support each client without compromising quality. I’m now retiring due to long term health issues from COVID. My priority is finding someone who will take care of these clients right. They’ve been with me for many years and truly feel like family, so the right fit matters more to me than the financial side.
