We have a small physical footprint and serve clients remotely and virtually throughout the 50 states. Our significant growth is entirely organic with a steady law firm and CPA firm referrals earned through quality work and excellent service. Growth is a function of manhours. Currently, we are the founding owner and one FTE. No overtime and strong focus on life-work balance and client engagement and satisfaction. National competition is only a handful of other niche players. National, regional, and local accounting firms are our clients with very few capable of providing the same effectiveness to their clients for this service. The practice is 30% tax project consulting which leads to annual tax return assistance. Annuity tax return assistance is about 60%. The remaining 10% is one-time tax consulting work. No tax compliance. Each additional FTE should bring $300-$400k to the top line. Current staff to stay on to train buyer.
