While the practice mostly consists of Russian-speaking clients, almost all clients are comfortable with English. The practice is presently utilizing Ultra Tax and Accountants World. The practice operates out of an office owned by the Seller. The Seller is willing to give a fair lease agreement. While you could move the practice to another location, the Seller will not guarantee the clients if you do. The staff is expected to stay on if you request them to stay. The Seller seeks retirement but will stay on for a well-organized transition. At your request, the Seller will be available for any tax or accounting work needed on a scheduled or emergency basis.
