Well-established Rockland County area tax and accounting practice with a 50% plus net, this practice is mostly virtual. There are a limited number of clients that do drop-off and pick-up, and one client is visited. With appropriate supervision, the current staff can perform most of the work. Income is generated throughout the year. The practice is presently utilizing Drake software for taxes and QuickBooks for accounting. The practice operates out of a well-established professional office building that you may be able to take over. Porting this practice to your office within a 10-mile radius or beyond will be considered under the right circumstances. The Seller seeks retirement but will stay in a part-time position to support the transition and beyond. There are 3 employees in the office, along with some overseas help; all are likely to stay on. It is preferred that Buyer is a CPA, but others will also be considered. The Seller will also continue to run his financial planning and asset management services and would be willing to offer those services to your clients if wanted.
