The Seller is currently utilizing ProSeries tax software, CFS JTAX and NPSYTEMS. The seller prefers that the practice remains in the current location or is ported to a reasonably nearby geographic location, but the Seller is open to discussion otherwise. There are currently two employees who are expected to be retained. The Seller will stay for an orderly transition and also seeks to stay working in a reduced role.
