The firm was originally started in the 1950's and in 1986 the current owner acquired a 51% interest and operated as a partnership with the previous owner's son. Then in 2010 the current owner purchased the remaining 49%. The firm serves most of it's clients within a 45 mile radius of the office. The client base is a broad mix of individuals & businesses. Average fees are solid for the area the firm is located in. Because of the proximity to Missouri there are out of state clients in MO as well as in the states of CA, AZ & FL.
