PARTNER WANTED. A sole practitioner CPA in North Dallas, currently grossing approximately $345K seeks a partner interested in acquiring 50% of the existing practice and eventually acquiring the entire practice in 2 to 3 years. Most of my clients consist of immigrants from India, Pakistan and Middle East running small to mid size businesses in Greater Dallas area. The revenues are comprised of 45% book-keeping/accounting, 40% tax preparation, 10% payroll services and 5% consulting services. Ideal partner should be an energetic, entrepreneur type CPA who is willing to work hard, have a realistic vision and can implement plans of actions to increase client/revenue base.
